We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, situated in a peaceful area with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are well-equipped and soundproofed, allowing for a relaxing stay. The service provided was impressive, from housekeeping to the manager who kindly upgraded us and allowed for a late check-out. The dining options were exceptional with a wide range of delicious dishes. The spa and wellness center was a great addition and provided a relaxing escape from sightseeing.

location was perfect close to the city center, staff were brilliant, everything was fairly clean throughout. the food was excellent, i enjoyed eggs, bread and meats for breakfast. late check-out was useful.

Everything was good as expected, but the bathroom was quite small. For breakfast they offered great food, such as eggs, slices of fresh bread and meats. Thanks to a good service I had a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, as we were within walking distance of multiple U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Cleanliness was great, with our room sparkling clean and modern. The facilities were excellent, including a spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. And we can't forget to mention the awesome breakfast, with delicious omelets as one of the highlights.

The hotel's location is very convenient for visiting Berlin's wall sites and is within walking distance of Mitte, Tiergarten, and the Reichstag area. Great shopping options nearby, including the massive Berlin Mall. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature one of the best showers I've experienced in a hotel. The sauna on-site is a nice added bonus.
No complaints, I felt happy with my stay overall.

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Berlin - Potsdamer Platz. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and Nespresso machine were perfect. The staff were very good too provide us with excellent service and took care of all our needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Berlin.
